Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect bead cores and to increase the reliability by providing stoppers being as high as the bead cores on a terminal board, at the correspond ing positions to the peripheries of the bead cores on both sides of the terminal board lead strips to be inserted into the bead cores.
SOLUTION: By providing stoppers 19c on both sides of the peripheries of the bead cores 9 of a terminal board 19, it becomes possible to prevent the bead cores 9 into which lead strips 19b have been inserted from colliding with the corners of the lead strips 19b, and to prevent the bead cores 9 from splitting. Besides, by providing slits 15a, 16a at positions where the lead wires of the secondary winding of a transformer 2 are connected of bus bars 15, 16, it becomes possible to prevent solder from flowing out to screwing parts where the lead wires of the secondary winding of the transformer 2 are fixed with screws 20 in soldering the bus bars 15, 16 to the terminal board 19. In addition. it is possible to lighten stresses to the soldered parts between the bus bars 15, 16 and the lead strips 19b, on the occasion of fixing the lead wires of the secondary winding of the transformer 2 to the bus bars 15, 16 with the screws 20.
