To provide a bulb-shape LED lamp capable of omnidirectional light distribution with a simple constitution.

A bulb-shape LED lamp 1 includes a light emitting part provided with a plurality of LED light emitting elements, a cover 39 with which the LED light emitting elements are covered and a radiation fin 13 group radially extended and, therein, the radiation fin 13 is extended to the cover 39 side. Therefore, light reflected on a ceiling part of the cover 39 of light irradiated from the LED light emitting elements 3 is transmitted from a cylinder part 41 of lateral side of the cover and is emitted between the radiation fins 13. The radiation fin 13 is coated with a diffusive reflection paint and, therefore, when light is applied, the light is irregularly reflected and diffuses. As the result, a part of light irradiated from the LED light emitting elements 3 is turned to the root side of the radiation fin 13 to provide an omnidirectional irradiation.
