Abstract:

To provide a bulb, a bulb with reflecting mirror and an illumination apparatus that can prevent breakdown of the mount and the bulb by extinguishing arc in a short time, when arc discharge is generated at the time of filament break.

These are an electric bulb L1, a bulb with reflecting mirror and an illumination apparatus that comprise a pair of inner lead wires 32, 33 that are provided stretched in the bulb 1, a glass bead 30 that embeds and fixes the pair of inner lead wires 32, 33, a coil shape filament 5 that is connected to the pair of inner lead wires 32, 33, a pair of metal thin wires 4, 4 that are provided separated each other between a sealing part 11 and the glass bead 30 and are connected to the sealed conductor 2 at one end and connected to the inner lead wire 32, 33 at the other end, and have thinner diameter than these inner lead wires, an outer lead wire that is connected to the other end of the sealed conductor 2 and led to the outside of the bulb 1, and a sealed gas that is filled in the bulb 1.
