Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a hydraulic bulging causing little reduction of the thickness at the outside part of a curving part by arranging a bulging range at a part corresponding to the inside of a bending part of a blank in a cavity, supplying a pressure medium into the inner part of the blank and plastic-deforming the blank into the inside of the binding part.
SOLUTION: A bending tube 1 is set to the cavity 20 and fixed by closing an upper die 2 and a lower die 3. The pressure medium is supplied into the inner part of the bending tube 1 set in the cavity 20 through a pressure hose 9 and a pressure medium supplying hole 11 and the inner pressure is given to the bending tube 1 to apply the bulging to the bending tube 1. The bulging range 4 is formed to the part corresponding to the inside of the bending part of the blank in the cavity 20, and since only the inside part having thick thickness is positively bulged, it can be avoided that the outside part having thin thickness is further thinned by the bulging.
