Longitudinal feed conveyers 16a, 16b of an automatic cargo handling equipment 20 set up under lower end take out ports 11a, 11b of a hopper-shaped bottom wall 7 of a cargo space 6 extended in a ship body longitudinal direction are housed in ducts 22a, 22b fully communicating in the ship body longitudinal direction, and a single water-tight structural body 23 is constituted by the cargo space 6 and the ducts 22a, 22b. An air gap between tilt parts 7a, 7b of the bottom wall 7 and a ship body 1 are formed as water-tight spaces 25a, 25b, 25c, so as to escape from a hazard of sinking by buoyancy provided therein.
