Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulky nonwoven fabric or a nonwoven fabric laminate obtained by bonding a nonwoven fabric or a laminate of which at least one layer comprises a nonwoven fabric under heating and pressure by an embossing roll and free from damage by thermal bonding such as the perforation of a thermally pressure-bonded part or appearance inferiority and a thermal bonding method thereof.
SOLUTION: A bulky nonwoven fabric or a nonwoven fabric laminate is obtained by bonding a nonwoven fabric or a laminate of which at least one layer comprises a nonwoven fabric under heating and pressure by an embossing roll wherein flat parts where a roll diameter is made larger than an emboss stamping part by 70-1,000 μm are provided on both outsides of the emboss stamping part. The carving depth of the emboss stamping part is 2-15 mm and the pressure bonding area ratio thereof is 0.1-5% and the area of one pressure bonding part is 1-25 mm2 and thermal bonding is performed by the embossing roll wherein the flat parts where the roll diameter is made larger than the emboss stamping part by 70-1,000 μm are provided on both outsides of the emboss stamping part.
