To provide a general batch reception processing system including an operation system for reducing bulky refuse but increasing recycle articles.

A bulky refuse/recycle article reception processing system is installed in a reception center operated cooperatively by a local government and a private nonprofit organization (referred to NPO, hereafter). The system is constituted of an input means for inputting data relating to residents and their processing object articles and a bulky refuse/recycle articles sorting, etc., correspondingly to a processing request from the residents, a storage means for storing the inputted data and a means for roughly sorting the data for a prescribed date stored in the storage means before the prescribed collection date by the bulky refuse and recycle article. The bulky refuse data are sent to the terminal of a carrier specified by the local government and the recycle articles data are sent to the terminal of the carrier specified by the NPO.
