PURPOSE: To enable double weighted elements to be displayed on a wall surface by a method wherein a single surface of a magnet having arbitrary notch is provided with a bulletin supporting piece.

CONSTITUTION: The title bulletin fastening plate is composed of a magnet 1 and a supporting piece 2. The single surface is provided with the magnet 1 partly taking a notched shape. Besides, the supporting piece 2 may be made transparent if necessary. Through these procedures, bulletins regardless of a bit of difference in thickness or size can be fastened with a certain force on a wall surface so that not only a piece of paper but also a booklet may be fastened without slipping down. Furthermore, the fastening plates in different thickness, if prepared, can be applied correspondingly to the bulletins. Besides, the surface damage of the bulletins can be avoided since they are held without being depressed by the supporting piece 2. Moreover, if the supporting piece 2 is made transparent, the whole bulletin can be seen through.
