To surely prevent a flange from being deformed in a spring sheet by forming a vertically grooved bent part having an approximately U-shaped cross section into a ring shape between a flange and a vertical-circumference wall and arranging a bump stop in the internal range of this ring bent part.
In a circumferential edge of the base part of a flange 29, a vertically grooved bent part 30 having an approximately U-shaped cross section is formed into a ring shape along its circumferential direction. An upward load acting from a bump stop 25 to the flange 29 is thus inputted in the vertically grooved bent part 30 having the approximately U-shaped cross section, this bent part 30 exhibits drag caused by stripping, the load is transmitted to the cylindrical vertical-circumference wall 28 provided around the outer circumferential side of the bent part, and it is inputted in a rear floor side member 22 of a vehicle body via the wall face of the vertical-circumference wall 28. The upward deformation of the flange can be thus prevented and the impact is absorbed by the bump stop 25.
