Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately carry bundled products of different shapes and sizes, and surely tie them at a tying part.
SOLUTION: For this device, at the downstream end of a first carrying line 11 which carries bundled products 10, a stopper 30 is provided, and a second carrying line 12 is provided in a manner to be approx. orthogonal to the downstream side of the first carrying line 11. Then, on the downstream side of the first carrying line 11, a pusher 20 which transfers the bundled products 10 from the first carrying line 11 to the second carrying line 12, is provided, and a butt-aligning device 40 which performs a butt-aligning of the bundled products 10 with the pusher 20, is provided on the second carrying line 12. On the downstream side of the second carrying line 12, a tying part 60 which ties the bundled products 10, is provided, and a transfer device 50 to transfer the bundled products 10 on the second carrying line 12, to the tying part 60, is provided between the second carrying line 12 and the tying part 60. The pusher 20, the stopper 30 and the butt-aligning device 40 respectively have main body parts 21, 41, etc., and movable parts 22, 42, etc., which are moved by driving parts 23, 24, 43, etc., to the main body parts 21, 41, etc.
