To provide a bundler for newspapers or the like wherein the heavy stacked newspapers need not be taken out of a storage device in which the newspapers or the like are stacked.

A rectangular frame which vertically moves along an outer periphery of the newspapers which have been four-plied and stacked and has its top and bottom opened is formed. A hinge which sets each corner of the frame to be foldable is provided, and an acute-angled-folding means is provided at the center of each of opposite surfaces, thereby allowing the frame to be folded compact.
