To provide a bundling apparatus with a bundling waste recovering device which solves the frequent cleaning of a recovering case and the interruption of bundling caused thereby, and is capable of reducing labor related to bundling waste processing and improving the efficiency of bundling operation.

The bundling apparatus with the bundling waste recovering device is constituted by having a bundling machine T comprising a bundling part D winding a bundling band V set to a predetermined length on an object W to be bundled and bundling it, a cutter 102 for cutting an excess 93a of the bundling band V in a state that the bundling band is wound to a wire harness and bundled, and a guiding passage I for guiding the cut excess 93a to a specified position 37, a sucking machine for sucking and storing the excess 93a, and a suction hose 52B communicating and connecting the specified position 37 and a suction hole of the sucking machine, and freely sucking and recovering the excess 93a guided to the specified position 37 through the suction hose 52B by the sucking machine.
