The bundling apparatus with a marking part 10, includes a strap chute 21 with a rail channel-like shape for feeding the strap 23 so as to wind around an article to be bundled, a laser light exposing part 12 fitted on a part of the strap chute and equipped with an opening part 12b for irradiating the outer peripheral face of the strap fed inside with a laser, a chute gate part 13 provided on the inner side of the laser light exposing part and opening and closing the opening part of the laser light exposing part by sliding to one direction side, and a laser light applying part 17 provided on the outer side of the laser light exposing part and irradiating the outer peripheral face of the strap with the laser light. The bundling apparatus has a strap width direction pressing part 16 for pressing and fixing the strap fed to the inside of the laser light exposing part onto a side guide 12a from its width direction side, and a strap face correcting and pressing part 14 for pressing and fixing the strap to the outer opening part from its inner peripheral face side.
