Abstract:
To propose a bundling device of a flat laver bundle together with protector paper which, firstly, reliably and stably achieves bundling in the flat laver bundle without any difficulty, secondly, here, avoids damage to the flat laver bundle, and, thirdly, is automated for supply and winding of the protector paper.SOLUTION: A conveyor 2 of a bundling device 1 conveys a flat laver bundle A mounted thereon. A paper supply mechanism 20 covers the flat laver bundle A with protector paper P. A pressing plate 3 capable of moving up and down rises with the flat laver bundle A loaded thereon covered with the protector paper P to press the flat laver bundle from below against a press receiver. A paper putting part puts ends of the protector paper P covering the flat laver bundle A under the pressing plate 3 so as to wind the protector paper. A bundling machine 4 bundles the pressed flat laver bundle A wound with the protector paper P together with the pressing plate 3 with a bundling band D. A pushing-out member 5 pushes and removes the pressed and bundled flat laver bundle A wound with the protector paper P together with the bundling band D, with the flat laver bundle being lowered, out of the pressing plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
