A bundling robot A is composed of a bundling machine T freely bundling a wire harness W, a base plate 1 with a fitting face 1A capable of setting the wire harness W into a specified shape and locking and keeping it, a moving apparatus 3 freely moving the bundling machine T at a position or a posture suitable for winding and bundling a bundling band to the wire harness locked and kept on this base plate 1, and a controlling part 4 for controlling operating states of the moving apparatus 3 and the bundling machine T so as to bundle a specified place of the wire harness W.
