Title:
BUNKER RAKING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3386632
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make sand accumulated on the upper surface of the warped plate dropped spontaneously, and quickly deal with wear of multiple number of fork blades by executing positioning selected from an inclined working position of a warped plate and a suspended position thereof with greater inclination angle than that of the working position.
CONSTITUTION: When a single bunker rake is lowered, a warped plate 27 rotates centering around a support pin 29, wherein an inclined position in a working condition is determined automatically as a result of the upper surface of an abutting plate 28 on both ends of the pin abutting onto a first stopper face 26a of a positioning stopper 26. Thus, sand in front of the warped plate 27 flows smoothly backward, keeping the sand in front on the warped plate 27 away from remaining. When the single bunker rake is raised upon finishing the work, the warped plate 27 rotates until the upper surface of the abutting plate 28 on both ends abuts onto a second stopper face 26b, and stops at an inclination angle greater than in the working condition. Thus, the sand accumulated on the upper surface of the warped plate 27 drops of from the rear end of the warped plate 27 without remaining on it as it has been.
