Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electromotive force of a solar battery to be effectively accumulated, so as to enhance the efficiency of using of the solar battery, by providing an electric power feedback means for partially converting the pulse current formed by pulse-demodulating the driving current for making an emitter flash on and off into the feedback current, and feeding back it to an electric double layer capacitor.
SOLUTION: During the shiny day, electromotive force of a solar battery 20 is accumulated in a capacitor 24 through a diode 21 and a charge control means 25A. When a day and night judging circuit 22 judges night, electric power of the capacitor 24 is output as the driving current of the specified flashing pattern, and the driving current is modulated to the pulse current by the pulse generated by an oscillating circuit 31. An electric power feedback means 35 supplies the pulse current to an emitter 19 through a current detecting circuit 33, so as to flash-drive the emitter 19. The output of the current detecting circuit 36 is rectified by a rectifying and amplifying circuit 37 and amplified to the desired voltage, and then it is fed back to the capacitor 24 through a diode 38.
