Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buoy search system by which a buoy thrown down on the sea can be easily discovered from a ship, and a method for searching a buoy.SOLUTION: A buoy search system includes a buoy 20, an unmanned flight body 30, a ship 10 comprising control means which communicates with the buoy 20 and the unmanned flight body 30 via a wireless communication line. During the unmanned flight body 30 flies in a buoy tracking mode, flight control means performs flight control including such a control that the unmanned flight body 30 tracks the buoy 20, and when a horizontal distance between the unmanned flight body 30 and the buoy 20 falls in a range of a prescribed distance or less, the unmanned flight body remains within the range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
