To adjust buoyancy of subaqueous use equipment so that a diver can use it easily in the water.
A buoyancy adjustment device includes: a cylindrical container 23; a circular partition plate 25 accommodated inside the cylindrical container movably in the axial direction and partitioning the inside of the cylindrical container into an air chamber 27 and an immersion chamber 29; a threaded shaft 33 penetrating the center of the partition plate and screw-engaged with the partition plat, of which both ends are rotatably supported by both end face walls 23a, 23b of the cylindrical container; a handle 35 arranged outside the cylindrical container and rotating the threaded shaft; a high pressure air cylinder 36 supplying air to the air chamber inside the cylindrical container through a switching valve 37; and an attaching part 43 for the subaqueous use equipment arranged outside the cylindrical container. An opening 41 communicating the immersion chamber 29 and underwater is formed in the end face wall 23b on the immersion chamber 29 side of the cylindrical container. The subaqueous use equipment 1 is attached to the attaching part 43, the air is supplied from the high pressure air cylinder 36 to the air chamber 27 in the water, the volume of the air chamber 27 is adjusted by moving the partition plate 25 while rotating the handle 35, and thereby the buoyancy is adjusted.
