To prevent an adverse influence from being exercised on one system, when the other system is failed in operation by a method wherein different control units are respectively provided to an S/L system and a burglar system.
An S/L system is provided to lock an on-off body, provided at a car body, in a closing position, and restrict a locking mechanism effecting unlocking to a locking state. Further, a burglar system is provided to detect that either of on-off bodies are brought into an opening state without effecting given opening operation in the case when all the on-off bodies have been brought into a locking state, and sound an alarm. Control units 30 and 40 for the S/L system and the burglar system are provided with determination parts 30a and 40a to determine that the other system has failed in operation. When determination of a trouble is effected, the operation state of the other system is released. This constitution prevents an advise influence from being exercised on the other system when one system has failed in operation.
