PURPOSE: To improve the bulglar-preventive ability of an electromotive opening/ shutting body by providing a manual opening/shutting detecting means to detect the manual opening and shutting operation of the opening/shutting body depending on the power generating operation of a generator in an inoperative condition of an electromotor, to the drive control unit of the electromotor.

CONSTITUTION: An AC voltage of a tachogenerator 5 linking to the motor shaft of an electromotor 2 is inputted to a controller 7. Then, signals of the tachogenerator 5, three-point push-button switches PBU, PBS, and OBD, the upper and the lower limit switches LSU and LSD, and the like are inputted, and operation signals are output to the electromotor 2, an electric lock 9, a monitor lamp 10, an alarm buzzer 11, and the like. When the count value of the tachogenerator 5 is inputted in the inoperative condition of the electromotor 2, an alarm is issued regardless of the stopping position of a shutter curtain.
