Abstract:
PURPOSE: To physically restrain a criminal who trespassed on a building.
CONSTITUTION: Remotely controllable electromagnets 21, 21 and so forth are arranged on a ceiling section F1, and a net member 10 fitted with weights 12, 12 and so forth, and 13, 13 and so forth is kept adsorbed to the section F1 via the electromagnets 21, 21 and so forth. According to this construction, the net member 10 immediately falls and covers a criminal, when the electromagnets 21, 21 and so forth are demagnetized. As a result, the criminal's physical freedom can be taken away.
