To provide a buried member capable of being easily pulled out when the buried member is pulled out and a coated membrane formation agent used for coated membrane formation of the surface of the buried member.
The buried member is so constituted that a coated membrane is formed on the surface thereof by the coated membrane formation agent and that it can be pulled out by pulling force per unit area within a range of 1×103 to 1×104 N/m2 when it is pulled out. The coated membrane has 90 to 130° of a contact angle with water. The coated membrane is formed of a ladder silicone resin or a fluororesin, if desirable, it is formed of a substance having a cross-linking structure for cross linking the ladder silicone resin by a cross-linking agent. The buried forming the coated membrane on the surface can reduce its pulling force when the buried member is pulled out, and the following of the buried member with deformation in the subgrade coming into contact with the buried member can be prevented.
