Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a driver board for dynamic burn-in system employed in burn-in test of IC in which connection of the driver board with the burn-in system is facilitated.
CONSTITUTION: The driver board 4 is provided with a socket 5 to be coupled with a connector 2 of a burn-in system 1, a plug 6 to be coupled with a power supply pin 10, and a regulator so that single voltage of power supply for the driver board 4 can be converted into a desired voltage to be fed to the burn-in board 3. Since assembly is simplified, miswiring can be prevented and connection work of driver board with the burn-in system is facilitated.
