Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cause a thermocouple to be normally operated without being influenced by draft or opening or closing of a door or a pressure variation caused by an oven fan and the like.
CONSTITUTION: An extremity end of a mixing pipe 1 is provided with a burner main body 2. A burner top 3 is installed on the burner main body 2. A thermocouple 4 for sensing combustion and an ignition plug 5 are arranged at an outer circumference of the burner main body 2. With such an arrangement as above, each of the thermocouple 4 and the ignition plug 5 is fixed to the outer circumference of the burner main body 2 at each of separate locations so as to pass in a vertical direction. A diameter of a through-pass hole 7 to cause the thermo-couple 4 to pass through the burner main body 2 is reduced and then a spacing between a hole edge of the through-pass hole 7 and an outer circumference of the thermo-couple 4 is applied as a minimum limited clearance S1 for use in inserting the thermocouple 4 therein. In addition, a diameter of a through-pass hole 8 for use in passing the ignition plug 5 therein is increased and a wide spaced pressure releasing clearance S2 is formed between a hole edge of the through-pass hole 8 and an outer circumference of the ignition plug 5.
