PURPOSE: To facilitate formation of an abrasion resistance layer with ceramics around a COM jetting orifice by forming a part around the COM jetting orifice of a sprayer plate as a separate plate.
CONSTITUTION: A restrictor plate 2 has an opening communicating with an inner tube 4 in the central part thereof and COM jetting orifices 2a are made around the opening. Around the COM jetting orifices 2a of the restrictor plate 2 is formed an abrasion resistance layer composed of ceramics. The ceramics, prepared by adding an oxide such as SiO2 to Al2O3, the main ingredient and sintering, are hard materials whose hardness is about 1,500W22,000 Vickers. The above restrictor plate 2 is arranged between a nozzle body 11 and a sprayer plate 1a and, a cap nut 10 being screwed on an outer tube 3, is engaged and fixed firmly thereto, thus a burner tip being formed.
