To provide a burner for manufacturing an inorganic spheroidized particle capable of forming a flame set at a temperature (desired temperature) and a shape (desired shape) in accordance with a melting point, size (particle size) or the like of inorganic material powder without replacing a nozzle and the burner for manufacturing an inorganic spheroidized particle, and to provide a device and method for manufacturing an inorganic spheroidized particle.
This burner for manufacturing the inorganic spheroidized particle includes a nozzle 28 for forming a flame at a tip 33, and a tubular part 29 arranged on an outer peripheral side face of the nozzle 28, and is structured such that a tip surface 33a of the nozzle 28 and a tip surface 29a of the tubular part 29 are each formed into a flat surface perpendicular to the extending direction of the nozzle 28, and the tip surface 33a of the nozzle 28 is flush with the tip surface 29a of the tubular part 29, or the tubular part 29 can be moved in the extending direction of the nozzle with respect to the nozzle 28 so that the tip surface 33a of the tubular part 28 projects with respect to the tip surface 33a of the nozzle 28.
