This burner for powder combustion has a multiple tube structure made of a first channel for fuel gas formed on a central part and an outer periphery of the central part, a second channel for inflammable powder to be carried by gas formed on an outer periphery of the first channel and a third channel for air for combustion formed on an outer periphery of the second channel, and it constitutes its characteristic feature of having a revolution generating means to give revolution to the gas flowing in the channels on at least one of the first channel, the second channel and the third channel.
