Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a burner protective cylinder for an ultra-high temperature furnace in which the replacing part of the cylinder is reduced, the replacing work is shortened, and a cost can be decreased.
CONSTITUTION: A protective cylinder 2 for a burner 1 used for an ultra-high temperature furnace comprises a protective tube mounting hardware 5 fixed to the base of the burner 1, and a heat insulation cover 3 engaged with the outer periphery and detachably mounted by spirally engaging or other mechanism with the hardware 5.
