PURPOSE: To eliminate a strain due to a heat of a burner body and to inspect even during operating in a track controller for a combustion burner to be used for a combustion apparatus such as a coal gasification furnace, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A combustion burner outer cylinder 6 is mounted between an inner wall 1 of a furnace and an outer wall 2 of a pressure vessel, and a combustion burner body 7 is mounted therein. A protective cylinder is fixed to a root of the body 7, and one end of a cantilever is fixed therein. A high-temperature strain gage 11 is mounted at the cantilever. A bent of the body 7 due to heat is sensed by the gage 11 due to deformation of the cantilever by bending of the protective cylinder 5, sent to a controller through a cable 15 to operate a motor operated jack 4 in a direction for alleviating a stress of the body 7, and hence the strain is eliminated, and an inspection of a detector can be performed by removing the cantilever.
