Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the flame stability and durability of a burner.
CONSTITUTION: A burner is formed by a burner head 1 made of a plate of ferrite stainless steel that contains at least more than 12% of chrome, outside metal net 2 made of ferrite stainless steel wire that contains at least more than 18% of chrome and more than 1% of aluminium, and inside metal net 3 made of austenite stainless steel wire that contains at least more than 15% of chrome and more than 6% of nickel and with thickness that is at most less than 3 times the wire diameter and at least more than two times the wire diameter. Stability in flame and durability can be improved by the improved tightness of contact of the inside metal net 3.
