To provide a burning controlling apparatus and a burning controlling method capable of performing a variable control having a stable furnace temperature and/or burning atmosphere by a relative simple configuration.
A roller hearth kiln RH is comprised of a high temperature air feeding device 1 for keeping and controlling a gradual cooled atmosphere to a color generating zone C, a reducing combustion flame generating device 2 for supplying high temperature combustion gas of reducing atmosphere to a continuous reducing zone B1, and a combustion discharged gas processing device 3 for making a substantial complete combustion of the combustion discharged gas in the continuous reducing zone. The devices 1, 2 and 3 are provided with a supplying gas feeding passage capable of feeding low temperature supplied air flow and a combustion discharged gas feeding-out passage capable of discharging the combustion discharged gas. A flow passage changing-over device is connected to a fed air feeding passage and a combustion gas discharging passage, and communication passages HA, HB and HC are connected to a color generating zone or a reducing zone. The devices 1, 2 and 3 are further provided with a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a first combustion region, a second combustion region, a flow dividing region/a flow merging region.
