PURPOSE: To control an excessive flame in the case where a small burning quantity is rapidly changed to a large burning quantity at the time of burning quantity adjustment by restricting a potential excessive gasification quantity by the reduction of an oil content quantity of a gasification part and the control of a suction quantity for the gasification part.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of cutting parts 1c are provided in the upper circumferential side face of a suction part 1b connected to the lower part of a gasification part 1a of a wick 1. Thereby, since the upper suction cross section of a suction part 1b is reduced by cutting parts 1c to control a suction quantity for the gasification part 1a because the reduction of an oil content of the gasification part 1a or a suction quantity are correlative to suction cross section, a gasification quantity can be restricted. Accordingly, since the rapid increase quantity of a temporary gasification quantity can be restricted in the case where a small burning quantity is rapidly changed to a large burning quantity, an excessive flame is controlled, not projected out of an apparatus armor and CO, soot and a bad odor can be prevented from producing without the production of a rift flame due to air shortage and mixing shortage.
