PURPOSE: To provide a burning device have a wide burning control range and excellent comfortableness by means of promoted fuel mixing to shorten and make uniform the length of final fire flames by supplying air uniformly in such a way that air supply at the final burning stage is distributed in two stages.
CONSTITUTION: Air flowing from a secondary air hole 14 and being indicated by the arrow a1 is first mixed with unburnt gas rising up in a burning chamber 8 and next, a sufficient amount of air which flows from air holes 13 through a stream smoothening cylinder 15 is indicated by the arrow a2 is supplied from a gap formed between the upper end of the cylinder 15 and a flame smoothening plate 16. At that time, the air flow in the cylinder 15 is uniformly smoothened and supplied from the gas between the tip of the cylinder 15 and the plate 16 installed uniformly in a circumferential direction to fire flames f. Air supply to the flames f is distributed in two stages as indicated in the arrows a1 and a2 and also an air amount necessary for burning is sufficiently supplied and also promoted fuel mixing enables the final fire flames f to provide stabilized blue flame burning and thus the length of the fire flames f is able to be shortened.
