Abstract:
To provide a method to automatically adjust a plane parallelism during treating an object to be treated.
A between press board distance and a press load are outputted from linear scales 17-19 and a load cell 20 to an amplifier 22. A controller 23 controls a load while arbitrarily sets a between press board distance by feedbacking the between press board distance and the load value outputted from the amplifier 22 to screw jacks 10-12 and independently moving shafts 4-6.
