To easily and safely stop bleeding by means of burning by arranging an electrode along at least either one of an inner peripheral surface or a tip surface in a tip hood to be fitted to an endoscope tip and connecting it to a high frequency power source by means of an electric line which is arranged along the outer surface of an endoscope inserting part.

A burning device 50 is constituted of the tip hood 51 which is fitted to the tip part mainbody of an endoscope so as to be freely attachable/detachable, the electrode 52 fitted to the hood and the electric wire. The tip hood 51 is made of an electrically insulated plastic material, the tip part mainbody 11 is force-fitted into a base part side and the burning device 50 is fitted so as to be freely attachable/ detachable. The electrode 52 is exposed to the tip side inner peripheral surface of the tip hood 51, circularly arranged, and connected to the external high frequency power source by the electric wire 53 which is arranged along the outer surface of the inserting part 10. The inner cavity of the tip part of insulated coating 53d in the electric wire 53 is filled with the filler 53e of a silicone system, etc., with water proof property and electric insulating property so as to prevent water from intruding from the tip. Thus, burning and solidifying are executed towards a deep part so as to perfectly stop bleeding.
