Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a burnishing device for a gear by which the cost reduction of equipment can be achieved with a simple mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: A burnishing device for a gear is constituted in such a way that both first burnishing teeth 25 for burnishing both side end parts of the tooth surfaces of a work gear G and second burnishing teeth 26 for burnishing the tips of the tooth surfaces of the work gear G are integrally formed on the same circumference of a burnishing gear 13. Further, the burnishing device is provided with a pressurizing mechanism for pressing the work gear G against the burnishing gear 13, and a driving mechanism for rotatingly driving the burnishing gear G.
