Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a burnishing device for a gear by which the cost reduction of equipment can be achieved with a simple mechanism.
CONSTITUTION: First burnishing teeth 25 and second burnishing teeth 26 for burnishing the side end parts of the tooth surfaces of a work gear G, and third burnishing teeth 27 for burnishing the tips of the tooth surfaces of the work gear G are formed on the same circumference of a burnishing gear 13. Further, the burnishing device is provided with a pressurizing mechanism for pressing the work gear W against the burnishing gear 13 and a driving mechanism for rotatingly driving the burnishing gear 13.
