Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the satisfying precision in the inner and the outer diameter works of a cylindrical part without causing any gap in the root part of the cylindrical part.
SOLUTION: In the burring for forming a cylindrical projection in the inner part of a sheet material, the sheet material A subjected to boring for a hole having a prescribed diameter is fixed to a rotary shaft D. Then, this sheet material A is rotated together with the rotary shaft D, a truncated cone tool having a recessed arc-shaped sloping surface is inserted in parallel with the rotary shaft D to the hole in the sheet material. Further, a bending part, in which a hole edge part is bent on the inside of it, is formed and successively, the bending part is roll-formed into a prescribed length of the cylindrical projecting part by a nipple roller R2.
