To prevent an erroneous insertion of a male tab after a bus bar is set in a female terminal by forming a guard wall integrally with the bus bar for preventing the insertion of the male tab into the female terminal after a main body of the bus bar is set in the female terminal.
A bus bar 18 has a guard wall 18b integrally formed with a main body 18a of the bus bar 18 for preventing the insertion of a male tab 9 into an insertion opening 15 after the main body 18a of the bus bar 18 is set in the insertion opening 15 of a setting section 6b on the other side of a junction terminal (female terminal) 6. Therefore, even if the male tab 9 is tried to be inserted into the insertion opening 15 of the junction terminal 6 under the condition that the bus bar 18 is already set in the insertion opening 15, the guard wall 18b prevents the male tab 9 from being inserted. By this method, there is no erroneous insertion of the male tab 9 after the bus bar 18 is set in and such problems as the deformation of a spring 16, etc., due to erroneous insertion of the male tab 9 can be avoided.
