A bus switch circuit includes: a bus switch element connected between a first input/output terminal and a second input/output terminal; a first switch element connected between the first input/output terminal and a first voltage line to which a first power-supply voltage is applied and controlled by a first control signal; a second switch element connected between the second input/output terminal and a second voltage line to which a second power-supply voltage is applied and controlled by a second control signal; a delay-signal generation circuit outputting a delay signal on the basis of a first signal and a second signal; and a control-signal generation circuit outputting the first and second control signals on the basis of the first signal, the second signal, and the delay signal.
