The busbar cutting mechanism 30 cut a bridge 16a of a busbar plate 16 having plurality of busbars 17 coupled to each other with the bridge 16a, so that the plurality of busbars 17 serve as electric circuits respectively. In the busbar cutting mechanism 30, an attachment part 32 to which the busbar plate 16 is attached, includes:a reception part 38 that receives bridge pieces 16c formed by pressing down the bridge 16a of the busbar plate 16 attached to the attachment part 32 toward the attachment part 32; and a welding part 37 having electrical insulating properties and is welded to the bridge pieces 16c received in the reception part 38.
