Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3477771
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a bush device not requiring a bush coming out stopper by which its assembly to a suspension member may be carried out easily.
CONSTITUTION: A bush device is mainly composed of inner/outer cylinders 11, 12 having their shafts extended toward upper/lower direction and nearly coaxially and a bush main body 13 consisting of a rubber elastic body interposed between both cylinders 11, 12. The outer periphery surface of the inner cylinder 11 is projected to the outer cylinder 12 side and forms a slant surface 11a. A recessed part 14 is formed in the outer cylinder 12 by sinking so as to project toward the inner cylinder 11 and a through hole 15 is opened on the recessed part 14. Resin 16 is fixed through this through hole 15 so as to sandwitch the wall part of the outer cylinder 12. The surface 16, facing to the inner cylinder 11, of the resin 16 forms the slant surface on the outer cylinder 12 side so as to be in parallel with the slant surface 11a of the inner cylinder 11.
