PURPOSE: To improve operation efficiency by providing a flexible bush which has a cutout on a side face of a run-off hole, a lower portion recovering initial shape, and a fitting part caught by a peripheral part of a hole on a fitting plate, when perfectly inserted.
CONSTITUTION: A headed screw 201 is fitted to a male screw part 12 of a bush, while a screw part of the headed screw is housed in a run-off hole 3. The screw bush having the headed screw is installed on a fitting plate 101. When force is applied to fitting part 5 in the cirection of a countersink 112, a lower portion of the screw bush is flexed inward, and an outer diameter of the installation part 5 is temporarily downsized. The screw bush is then inserted into the countersink 112 to the portion of a groove 4. When the installation part 5 is perfectly inserted in the countersink 112, the flexed lower portion of the bush recovers its initial shape. The groove 4 and a tapered surface 15 of the fitting part are caught by the countersink 112, and the screw bush is fixed to the fitting plate 101.
