PURPOSE: To adjust an arbitrary fixing angle by means of only one lifter by fixing a main rope and auxiliary ropes to the lifter, and assembling a length adjuster on a rope side.
CONSTITUTION: A main rope 14 is hooked on a lifter hook A, and suspended vertically. A length adjuster 15 is brought into a sufficiently extended state so that no tension is applied to an upper auxiliary rope 16, the length adjuster 15 and a lower auxiliary rope 17. When the length adjuster 15 is operated in such a manner that the length thereof becomes short, tension is exerted on an auxiliary rope side including the upper and lower auxiliary ropes and the length adjuster so that a busing 1 is gradually inclined. At a predetermined fixing angle, the bushing 1 is fixed to an electric equipment. In the case of suspending in a horizontal storage state, the length adjuster 15 is brought into a sufficiently contracted state, and the bushing 1 is suspended in such a way that a line III-III connecting the lifter hook A and a center of gravity G becomes a vertical line.
