A pre-printing part 10a which prints common information on every kind of the business form and bar code information by which the kind of the business form can be discriminated on the business form, an individual information printing part 10b which prints individual information determined on every provider of the business form and the bar code information by which the individual information can be discriminated on the business form printed in the pre-printing part 10a, a gathering part 20 which gathers the business form printed in the pre-printing part 10a and the individual information printing part 10b and the business form printed only in the individual information printing part 10b on every provider of the business forms by a specified combination, and a checking-up part 30 which checks up the combination of the business forms gathered in the gathering part 20 by reading out the bar code information printed on the business forms to be combined when the business forms are gathered in the gathering part 20, are provided.
