PURPOSE: To provide a business form processor which can prevent the processing confusion and the incorrect use of a reprinting function even though the business forms are outputted in plural times by means of the reprinting function.

CONSTITUTION: A business form processor 1 can visibly output the business forms by plural times by means of a reprinting function. Then the processor 1 is provided with a storage means 3 which stores the output frequency information on the business forms, a keyboard 4 which instructs the output of the business forms, and a control means 2 which updates the output frequency information stored in the means 3 based on the output instruction of the keyboard 4 to add this updated information to the business forms outputted visibly and also writes the updated information into the means 3. In such a constitution, it is possible to know the times of output just by looking at the business forms which are visibly outputted and to prevent the processing confusion and the incorrect use the reprinting function.
