An interface is provided on a home page opened on the Internet through which users enter data required for placing an order of goods. Contents requested by a user who made an access to this, reaction of a sales division, a manufacturing division, etc., are registered in database so that an appropriate reaction can be taken for the users through appropriate reference by related divisions to this database. Efficiency can be improved by unifying the format of the user input interface.
