Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buttocks-wiping device which adopts a simple means for setting a gap between a toilet upper surface and a toilet seat.SOLUTION: A buttocks-wiping device 1 includes: a wiping arm 3 which can be attached with paper; a wiping arm drive part 2 which drives the wiping arm 3; a level raising part 8 having a hollowed part 6 to enable the wiping arm 3 to move between the seated user's buttocks and the toilet bowl; and a closing means for closing the hollowed part 6 of the level raising part 8. The closing means comprises an opening/closing cover 10 and motor parts 11a, 11b which drive the opening/closing cover 10 in the vertical direction.
