Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a button feeder capable of easily realizing proper conveying actions without changing parts when the diameter of buttons to be conveyed is changed.
CONSTITUTION: In a button feeder conveying a button onto a switching plate with the first and second rotary disks 14, 2 then matching the center of the button on the switching plate with the preset point set on the switching plate with a centripetal system, multiple kinds of button insertion holes 2a, 2b with different diameters are formed at a uniform interval on the second rotary disk 2, and the button insertion hole corresponding to the button diameter directed by an input means is stopped at the second delivery position. A driving means driving the positioning members of the centripetal system is controlled in response to the directed button diameter, thus the initial set positions of the positioning members are changed.
